I've used this app for free for years, but I finally decided to buy. Its been amazing, and the price is definitely worth it for some more thorough details.

Just what I need! The app notifies me when there is lightning within a certain range that I have designated. It makes a sound when lightning strikes and if I'm not around close enough to hear it, I also have a visual notification that comes up on my Samsung Galaxy s24. I need this app because my dogs freak out when there is thunder. So badly that they have ripped door frames apart when I wasn't home. Now I will know when I should stick around.

Excellent app that shows detailed weather systems in realtime, lightning strike locations, and predicted weather system paths. I use it every day!

Map graphics sometimes disappear. App is useless without seeing where the strikes are. May be uninstalling after more than a year of use. keeping an eye on it for now 🤨 Update: Maps disappearing less frequently - down to 2-3 times a week.
